2.
The films are entitled to a budget of at least £30 000 000 due to the success of the business. The production is marketable to a wide audience due to the genres differentiating. Tim Bevan said that usually two movies will be produced with opposite genres; therefore, making the films mainstream. There is an international market as the company has a relationship with universal who is the parent company. The development department also has a wing in the US and the UK. This means that the films can have a higher budget and have a global distribution which means there is an increase in the international market. This is also reinforced by using a variety of different actors with different nationalities: Hugh Jackman is Australian, Hugh Grant is British as well as Helena Bonham Carter and Renee Zellweger is American. In order to keep the flow - one film will be produced as the other is being released and it cannot be dependant upon one film.
